Know Before You Vote: Constitutional Amendments on the 2024 Ballot

There are 6 Florida constitutional amendments on the November ballot. There are 2 local tax referenda on the ballot. Make sure you understand these amendments and referenda AND their implications before you vote!

• Amendments 1,2,5 and 6 were put on the ballot by the legislature.
• Amendments 3 and 4 are citizen initiatives by petition. 
• Renewal of the Manatee School District 1 mil ad valorem tax millage
• An additional 1 percent tax on short term rentals (bed tax)
