LWVMC Annual Meeting and Luncheon – Healthy Manatee
We are very pleased to have as our guest speaker Dr Jennifer Bencie, County Health Officer for the Florida Department of Health in Manatee County.
Manatee County provides an incredible variety of clinical services, is responsible for disease control and prevention and provides for a variety of community health programs. Hear the services and challenges she and the county have faced, her view of future needs and some of her journey through life to her current position.
We encourage you to bring friends and relatives for an interesting and enjoyable event.
Our schedule for the day is: 11:00 am–LWVMC business meeting; 11:45–luncheon; 12:15 pm–speaker presentation and discussion. Doors open at 10:40 AM.
