Health Care Committee Meeting
Our next Healthcare Committee meeting will be Thursday, October 14th at 1:00pm.
Our main agenda item will be planning for our event on December 12th in support of United Nations International Universal Health Coverage Day (IUHCD). The LWV liaison to the UN encourages local leagues to have such supporting events. Last year was the first time LWV Manatee County had an IUHCD event. Please think about what you might suggest for such a virtual event. If you won’t be able to attend the October meeting but have a suggestion for an IUHCD event, please send your suggestions to Ruth Harenchar (raharenchar@gmail.com) before the meeting.
