The League of Women Voters of Manatee County (LWVMC) is hosting a series of public Zoom candidate forums, giving you a front row seat to hear the candidates answer unbiased questions on issues that you care about and hit closest to home. Residents are encouraged to register, attend the candidate forums, and use what they learn to make informed decisions; forums and registration links are below. If the forum has already occurred, there will be a link to the video. To see the forums is date order, go to the LWVMC calendar.
The League’s purpose is straightforward: to give voters a chance to hear unscripted answers from the candidates about issues affecting the region, the state and the nation.
Watch a short walkthrough that shows how to use Vote411.org — the League’s nonpartisan voter guide with candidate responses — where to find candidate forum videos and candidate podcasts, and how to check your voter registration status through the Manatee County Supervisor of Elections website.
