Vote on August 18th!

Get out and vote on August 18 if you live in Manatee County School Board District 2 or 5. Check which district you live in. It’s the same as your County Commission District.

• This isn’t just a parents’ issue. School board decisions touch every taxpayer, family, and neighbor in Manatee County.

 • School board races are non-partisan. Nonpartisan means everyone votes. No party label, no party barrier — if you’re registered, you’re eligible. Please register if you haven’t already at votemanatee.gov.

• August 18 could be the only election. If one candidate gets over 50% it’s done. If not, the top two run in November.

• Don’t let others decide for you. Vote August 18 (or earlier in person or by mail if you request a mail ballot) .July 8 – You must request a Vote by Mail ballot by 5:00, August 6 for the August 18 primary.
